Bubble Wraps is a traveling concession stand that was started by Tarah Wilson. She first tried a plain bubble waffle in Shanghai back in 2015 and has loved Asian food/culture ever since.

Bubble Wraps are also known as egg waffles or gai daan jai (鷄蛋仔) in Cantonese and have been a Hong Kong street food staple for years. They can now be found in London, NYC, and other major cities, so why not bring the trend to Utah?!
